1. STORE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

sqhxstore sells aircraft models and related collectibles.

We take reasonable care to describe product dimensions, scale, materials, liveries, packaging, and included accessories accurately.

However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, handcrafted details, manufacturer updates, or different production batches. Retail packaging may also change without materially affecting the model itself.

We may correct errors, update specifications or prices, limit purchase quantities, or discontinue an item at any time.

Product availability displayed on the website does not guarantee that stock will remain available until an order has been accepted.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction or use the Services with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for:

• Protecting your account password and login credentials
• All activity conducted through your account

Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and for complying with import requirements in the destination country.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Cancellation requests, change-of-mind returns, damaged-item claims, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Pre-Order Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
